Blake Lively is calling her husband Ryan Reynolds a "skater boy" and it's a nod to a Canadian singer's iconic song.
On February 25, Lively shared a sweet photo on her Instagram stories of Reynolds holding a skateboard and tagged Avril Lavigne in the post.
In the picture, the Deadpool star is dressed casually as he holds a kid's helmet and skateboard and smiles at the camera.
"@avrillavigne dreams really do come true," Lively wrote and paired it with the singer's 2002 song "Sk8er Boi."
The lyrics from the song also came up on the screen in the Instagram clip.

Of course, as soon as Lavigne saw the post, she responded with her approval.
The Canadian musician re-posted the photo and added a GIF that said "He was a Skater Boi."
She also wrote "Yass" and threw in a few skateboard and "rock-on" hand gesture emojis.
Reynolds and Lively are known for sharing cute posts about each other on social media.
In early February, Lively attended the Super Bowl with her friend Taylor Swift. Even though Reynolds didn't join her, the husband and wife duo shared a couple of cute shout-outs for each other on social media.
Reynolds shared a photo of himself beside a TV that was showing the new Deadpool trailer with the caption, "Has everyone seen the Deadpool trailer? Also, has anyone seen my wife?"
Even though Lively was busy watching the big game, she still took some time to point out how her Super Bowl outfit gave a special nod to Reynolds and his new film.

In one of the photos, Lively shows a friendship bracelet she's wearing and it has a couple of Deadpool and Wolverine charms on it. The charms are shaped like two halves of a heart and read "Best Friends."
